Celebrate Dance concert postponed

In light of the rapidly escalating public health concerns around the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Celebrate Dance concert has been postponed. Burmer Music hopes to reschedule the premiere but no date has been selected.

“We have to do what we can to protect those we care about and the population we come in contact with,”said Glenna Burmer, concert producer. “The live concert will be rescheduled for a time that all of us think is safe. I am extremely disappointed that we have to do this, but it is the only prudent course of action considering the health risk.”

The music for Celebrate Dance was recorded in the spring of 2020 before the recording studio, along with the rest of the state, was closed down due to the pandemic. Burmer Music will continue to oversee the mixing and mastering process and will release the CD to the public when completed. Check back for updates.
