Talented composers and musicians

Featured composers are invited to participate in a Burmer Music concert. Each composer has written award-winning scores for a variety of musical genres, including feature films, television, video games, advertising or live performances.

Concerts are presented by an orchestral ensemble made up of some of Seattle’s most talented musicians. Several of our concerts were performed by Northwest Sinfonia, with David Sabee, conductor. Virtuoso soloists have also performed occasionally, on instruments ranging from a Japanese koto to a didgeridoo.
